Treatment of “Three Wastes” caused during production

 

 

 

 

 

1.Waste gas. During the production process, the waste gas goes through two safety device of water seal

 

and burned sufficiently in gas nozzle, which not only eliminates the waste gas pollution,but also saves a lot of fuel. In the aspect of dust emissions, we use water spray type de-sulfuration dust remover, the dust

 

emission can reach GB13271—2001 boiler air pollutant emission standards.

 

2.Waste liquor. In the step of processing oil, there will cause some weakly acid waste water (50kg waste

waste will beproduced for every 1 ton of oil, but small quantity and easy to handle). After neutralizing by

 

 adding the weak lye, neutral waste water has to go through tertiary filtration until it is not harmful, then let it flow into the special evaporation processor to evaporate and its heat source is flue waste heat of main processor).

 

3.Waste solid. After the catalytic pyrolysis of waste plastic, there will be some waste solid, about 5%-10%

of the weight of the whole waste plastics. Its main component is coarse carbon black. It can be used as a

raw materialof industrial carbon black, also can be mixed with the coal ash from thermal power plant

 

using coal as fuel and the mixture is a kind of raw material of fly ash bricks, a kind of environment building materials.
