Product Description:

DX-628 has fast dry property and good workability, which should work with middle coating paint. It is

mainly used as filler to sand hole and other flaw, which can provide the filling, sealing function and increase

the adhesive force between films so that the flatness and combination properties of films could also be improvedIt mainly applies to the substrates of car body, spare parts, Doxu 1K/2K middle coating paint and the cured sanded old paint. But it could not apply to the metallic substrate and even be the

substitution of lacquer putty.

Product & Auxiliary:

Be composed of Acrylic resin, pigment and filler.



Surface of Application:

It can apply to substrate of clean 1K/2K primer and polished old paint.

Surface Preparation:

To apply DX-628 1K putty thinly by blade coating on the substrate after polishing for the old paint

and middle coating paint.

Spraying Method:

Pre-process: remove dust from the substrate and dry it.

Tool: Putty knife or stretchy knife

Painting process:

Can apply to blade coating within 1-2 layer(s), which could not either be too thick or too large.

Drying Time:

Surface drying time is 10-15min at 20℃.

Recoatability:

To apply DX-628 1K putty on the substrate of polished old paint or middle coating paint.

When the putty is flash dry in 10-15min at 20℃, the following pain can be used for recoating.

1(2)K middle coating paint

1(2)K finish coat

Storage Period:

DX-628 1K putty: Can be stored for 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.
