Product Description:

Doxu 1K basecoat is developed for the middle coating premier system, which includes solid color pigment,

silver powder (metallic), nacrolacquer color masterbatch. It has a good workability and can provide excellent

physical-chemical performance to the film, which would be the best choice for the repairing of upscale vehicle.

Product & Auxiliary:

Doxu 1K Basecoat-apply it according to different formula (by weight)

Thinner DX300 Series:

Work temperature below 15 ℃ , to use DX300K fast drying thinner

Work temperaturefrom 15 ℃ to 25 ℃ , to use DX300B standard drying thinner

Work temperature from 25 ℃ to 35 ℃ , to use DX300M slow drying thinner

Work temperature above 35 ℃ , to use DX300T Special slow drying thinner

Surface of Application:

Cleaned substrate covered with original or old paint Sanded substrate covered with base coat surface treatment of workpiece

Surface Preparation:

1:Dry polish the substrate with 240 grits sanding paper, then wet polish it with 800 grits sanding

paper

2:The substrate should ensure to be thoroughly dry

3:To clean the substrate with cleanser

4:To move the dust by air pressure gun and KARW-I

Mixing Ratio(Volume):

100 Portion Doxu 1K basecoat

80-120 portion DX601 diluent or DX300 thinner

3# proportion scale

Spraying Method:

2-3 layers of wet spray and leave 3-5mins curing time for each layer; After tack-free of the last spray (depends on the operation temperature), spray a layer of clear coat then put into the

oven.

Dosage:

Theoretical dosage:6-8m²/L(undiluted)

Note: Practical dosage is determined by different factors, such as shape of work piece, surface roughness,

spraying methods, spraying condition and so on.

Note:

To ensure the veracity and repeatability of the formula, the paint should be fully stirred before using

Storage Period:

Doxu 1K basecoat: Can be stored for 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.

Thinner: Can be stored for 2 years in its sealed original drums in proper storage conditions.
