This semi-automatic aerosol can filling machine consists of three independent stations,

1-QGB Product Filler is a semi-automatic volumetric filling machine designed for accurately filling metered liquids of various densities into different open types of aerosol containers.

The machine can be equipped with one or two interchangeable cylinders, available in different filling capacities. Suction speed, filling speed and filling quantity can be adjusted by operating on the stroke length of the crank.

It is easily adjustable for different heights of cans and are completely pneumatically operated.

2-QGB semi-automatic crimper is designed for sealing valves with tinplate or aluminum on aerosol containers, glass bottles or special packages made of synthetic material.

This machine is equipped with one crimping head for 1" valves. It is easily adjustable for different heights of cans and is completely pneumatically operated.

3-QGB Propellant Filler is a semi-automatic volumetric filling machine designed for accurately filling metered liquefied propellant into closed containers through the valves quickly and precisely in one work cycle.

This machine is equipped with one filling head and one metering system and is completely pneumatically operated.

It is easily adjustable for different heights of cans and are completely pneumatically operated.
