QYP sprayhead inserting machine is configured with pneumatic single indexing drive and is specially designed to place a wide range of actuators on the aerosol cans.

The machine bases are constructed from epoxy-coated structural steel and are covered with a polished stainless steel top. With simple set-up and robust construction, the machine is designed to be lined up in a complete aerosol filling line or used as a separate equipment.

QYP comes standard with quick changeover tooling for both actuator and container change parts.

A stainless steel vibratory bowl to sort, orientate and feed the appropriate tip or actuator is standard.
