 JH21-110T C-frame High Speed Press Machine for Steel Sheet  

 

JH21 series of pressure machine use steel board welded machine with good firmness and stable precision.

The crank is put vertically. Compact structure, beautiful outlook.

 

Dry combinational air friction clutch. B style uses imported brand-name dry friction clutch and brake.

Stable connection, flexible motion and low noise. The gear is lubricated with grease.

 

The six sides of the sliding block are rectangular with lengthened guideway with bronze paneling.

 

The guideway is highly precise. There is imported hydrautic overloading insurance device (imported air pump and imported high pressure oil seal) in the sliding block.

 

Automatic reposition after overloading. Flexible and reliable motion.

 

The airway is controlled by safe double-joining valve. The circuit is controlled by PLC concentratively.

 

Its high safety accords with safety standard. (It can equip with air cushion equipment, automatic feeding shaft device, light and electricity protective device and other kinds of outomatic equipment).
