Three-in-one feeder (thin plate) Features
1. The standard three-in-one feeder is suitable for various metal coils with a thickness of 0.3 to 3.2 mm. It is developed and designed for space saving and easy operation.

2. The worm gear lifting system can easily adjust the discharge height to fully meet the different mold line heights and ensure smoother feeding.

3. The standard three-in-one feeder adopts the Yaskawa human-machine interface control system. Just tap the LCD touch screen to easily set parameters, monitor and protect.

4. It adopts Japan Yaskawa high-precision servo drive motor to ensure accurate feeding and fully automatic feeding with the punch press.

5. The material roll device adopts hydraulic expansion to reduce labor intensity and reduce safety accidents.

6. The material roll automatic pressing device prevents the material from rebounding and loosening.



1. The leveling roller adopts imported high-quality bearing steel. After high-frequency,
quenching and hard chrome plating, the surface hardness can reach HRC62℃ or above,
with good wear resistance, and high-strength correction ability to achieve ideal flatness.

2. An adjustable reinforcement device is installed in the middle of the drum to
increase the rigidity of the roller,
prevent the deformation of the drum, and better ensure the leveling accuracy.

3. The hydraulic automatic pressure compensation device ensures
the stability of the tension of the rack, prevents the looseness of
the coil, and is safe and reliable.
