Excellent welding AISI 316 stainless steel wire

Stainless steel wire three types:

Stainless steel soft  wire [ known as hydrogen retreat wire ] : bright surface , soft , non-magnetic , anti-fatigue, elongation and other characteristics .

Stainless steel lightly drawn wire: Bright surface, soft, anti-fatigue, there is a certain elongation characteristics.

Stainless steel cold drawn wire, smooth surface, good toughness, wear resistance

Stainless steel wire diameter : 0.03 - 5.0mm

Material : 301, 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 310S, 321 , etc.

Features of different stainless steel wire :

Stainless steel wire 316 and 317 containing molybdenum species .

317 stainless steel Mo content slightly higher than 316, due to Mo , the performance is better than the 310 and 304 stainless steel wire.

High temperature conditions, when the concentration of sulfuric acid is less than 15% and above 85% , 316 stainless steel wire with a wide range of uses. It also has good resistance to chloride corrosion performance , it is usually used in the marine environment . 316 stainless steel can be hardened handle overheating .

316 stainless steel has good weldability , 316 stainless steel welded sections need to be annealed after welding. If use 316L stainless steel , no need to anneal after welding.

SS 321 wire containing Ti ,AISI 316 wire containg Mo , 304 neither containing Mo nor Ti, optimal performance  is stainless steel wire 316L , SS 321/ 304 in general. Cost-effective stainless steel wire is 304 and 316.

Smaller diameter 0.08-0.55mm mainly packed on plastic spool,different weight 2-5kg, 8-15kg, 2-12 spools per carton,, and then with wooden pallet into container.

Wire diameter 0.6mm-0.9mm can be packed on spool, also in coils, plastic film coated inside and woven bags outside.
