Stainless steel wire three types:

Features of different stainless steel wire :

Stainless steel wire 316 and 317 containing Mo ,due to add Mo , the performance is better than the 310 and sus 304 stainless steel wire.

316 stainless steel wire has good weldability , welded sections need to be annealed after welding. If use 316L stainless steel , no need to anneal after welding.

optimal performance is stainless steel wire 316L , SUS 321/ 304 in general. Cost-effective is stainless steel wire 304 and 316.

>>>Wire diameter 0.45mm-0.9mm can be packed on spool, also in coils, 0.65-4.0mm wire packed in coil 20-50kgs, plastic film coated inside and woven bags outside.

>>>Smaller diameter 0.08-0.55mm mainly packed on plastic spool,different weight 2-5kg, 8-15kg, 2-12 spools per carton, and then with wooden pallet into container.
