Bubble film making machine is mainly used to poduce PE air bubble film with LDPE/LLDPE etc.

 

3- layer air bubble filmmachine can not only produce two-layer and three-layer air bubble film, but also laminate alminized foil, PE foam, craft paper or other materials which is agglutinated with PE to form special used film

 

 

This final product is popular as a kind of packaging material. It enjoys such advantages as good shock absorption capability, impact resistance, heal sealing capability, corrosion resistance and good diaphaneity performance, etc.

 

This machine can prodcue two layers or three layers air bubble film with the max width 1250mm, shorter film can  be also made by inserting a deckel in the die lip.

Hard chrome plated surface, even though you use hard brush to damage, it will not be harm.

 

 

Inner recycling water cooling forming roller, the effect will be much more ideal and perfect.

 

 

For twin screw extruder, there are two screws to control two layers film, thickness of each film can be adjusted separately.
