Introduction
Forming roller is cooled by inner water recycle system.
Output speed is 1500m per hour.
1. Main parts: extrusion parts, electrical control parts, forming part and winding part.
2. Be able to produce two layers air bubble film.
3. Same natures with air bubble film machine, this machine can produce two layers air bubble film, can laminate the bubble film with aluminum film, brown paper and other with PE thin film into three layers laminated films with special use.
4. Adopting Japanese "Nano" technology and high density, anti high temperature silica rubber roller to laminate film, the film will not stick to the rubber roller, pressing film smoothly, good laminated result to the brown paper and aluminum film.
5.. Be able to manufacture various specifications of bubble between Φ6mm and Φ30mm and forming mould with different heights.
6. Air bubble film production line can prodcue two layers layers air bubble film with the max width 2500mm, shorter film can be also made by inserting a deckel in the die lip.
Payment Terms:
30% deposit by T/T for order confirmation, 70% by T/Twill be paid after fully checking the quality of the machine and before container loading.
After sales service:
The Seller send 2 engineers to the Buyer’s factory for Installation, Trial Running & Training. The Working duration of the 2 engineers in the Buyer’s factory will be 7 days.
