CX Vertical milling and turning machine center is based on vertical machine center ,it has the turning,boring,milling,drilling and reaming holes function.Five axis linkage can realize the five surface integrity of parts processing, also can ensure the processed part has high precision and surface quality because of its high speed.This machine can be used in military, aerospace, automotive, medical machinery, and other areas. and can meet requirment of processing the parts which have the Comparing surface and high precision demand (such as impeller, leaf, gear, mould, automotive parts etc), has the characteristics of high speed and high precision, more suitable for medium and small batch, many kinds, high precision machining parts.
1.System has a fast Internet connection, hard disk data processing, large program editor, simple, quick visual programming, widely tool management, the most simple interactive
programming, HPC (milling head precision control) and the TPC (accuracy control) function, optional DECKEL MAHO-ATC function.
2.Use 45 degree milling head swinging, cutting force close to swing to rotate the centerline and swinging torque is small; Axis adopt double bearing support, milling head is high rigidity.
3. Magazine tool adopts modular design, equipped with different capacity cutting tools, meets different processing technology.
4. Adopt the automatic up-down material exchange device, achieved machining and up-down material auxiliary time overlap, Machine is high efficiency.
