Single-tank Ultrasonic Cleaning  Machine

 

Application :
Washing pre-plating or after plating parts, stainless steel, removing wax of hardware parts, watch and clock parts, electrical parts and especially for parts with hole.

 

I. The frame is made by stainless steel structure and the inside part is made of stainless steel 304 with 2mm thickness, the vibrate plate is made of SUS316 with 2.5mm plate, and the surface is chromium plated.
II. There is temperature constant system, it can be adjusted between 30°C—100°C.
III. Suitable washing agent: neutral, alkaline or sub-acid water soluble liquid or solvent.
IV. The generator of the ultrasonic wave is adopted IGBT or big power circuit and the components are imported, indicated by frequency and the power is adjustable and the performance is stable.
