1. Both chemical composition of S30C trunnions and cast pot body are in spec;
2. Capacity 5-45 m3;
3. Short lead time.

Large capacity of slag ladle is made of SC42 to contain the slag after melting and pouring with the capacity of 5 to 45  cubic meters and with the unit weight from 10 to 90 tons. It is also called Slag pot.

 

Trunnions are S30C with the ready made rod material and cast together with the pot body, then kept cooling down in one body. 

 

Materials: low carbon steels, low alloy steel, cast iron, etc

SC42 ie SC410,SC450,etc.

 

Shapes: round, square, oval, rectangle, etc as per the specifications and drawings from the users.
Quality: both internal quality and dimensions qualified.

Entire outer surface is shot blasted smooth and tidy enough.
