45 m3 (cubic meters) SC42 slag ladle is made of SC42 to contain the slag after melting and pouring with the capacity of 45 cubic meters and with the unit weight from approx 70 tons. It is also called Slag pot.

 

Materials: low carbon steels, low alloy steel, cast iron, etc

SC42 ie SC410,SC450,etc.

 

This photo shows the trunnions with the forgings SF45 and with the unit wt of the trunnion 1 MT.

 

Shapes: round, square, oval, rectangle, etc as per the specifications and drawings from the users.
Quality: both internal quality and dimensions qualified.

 

Entire outer surface is shot blasted smooth and tidy enough.
