Q:  Can this product be shipped to anywhere?

A:  We can ship to most places worldwide with additional shipping fee. Please contact us for more details. Please note the additional fee does not include import duties and local taxes But commonly we refers to FOB Shanghai.

Q:  Do you have the MOQ?

A:  Yes, we do. The MOQ should depend on different models.

Q:How about the lead time?

A:It depends the items and quantity of your orders and the season (busy or not) when you place the order. Usually it takes 35-60 days after having your confirmed order and down payment. For the sample order, it could be ready just within 7-14 days if we have products in stock.

A:Normally,we provide one year warranty against manufacturer's defects and within 3 months under solid evidence, we will provide free replacements or credit notes for our customers.
