Aluminum Clad Steel Wire 20.3%-40% Conductivity
Negotiable /Ton
Min.Order:1 Ton
Brief Description:
Aluminum clad steel wire (reinforced) is perfectly combined of aluminum and steel core, and there will be no flaking off during the heat treatment or mechanical workout. The aluminum clad steel wire is the best new bimetal wire instead of pure copper wire.
A high strength steel wire with a 25% thick cross-section ratio of aluminum cladding creating a high electrical conductivity, highly corrosive resistant, and a thermal stability for high temperature operation and all with a lighter weight.
Application:
It is widely used in long-span transmission line, overhead ground conductor, extra high voltage overhead conductor, optical fiber composite overhead ground line, self-damping conductor line, bare overhead conductor, OPGW , ground wire , messenger wire , guy wire formed wire for protecting , terminating and splicing transmission and distribution lines , fence , barber wire and hardware etc.
Features :
Shiny, excellent electrical conductivity, bearing being bended, good tensile strength, excellent welding and corrosion, light specific gravity, and saving resources of copper
Construction:
Aluminum 1350-H19 wires, concentrically stranded about a steel core. Core wire for ACSR is available with class A, B,or C galvanizing; "aluminized" aluminum coated (AZ); or aluminum-clad (AW). Additional corrosion protection is available through the application of grease to the core or infusion of the complete cable with grease.
Package:In wooden drums, steel drums or steel-wooden drums.
