GPC-605 is a mixture of acrylic resin and polyurethane resin. It is used on rotary screen machine for glitter, golden and silver powder or flake’s adhesive on fabric as cotton or polyester.

Attention:

The mesh of rotary suggested to below 40mesh;
Temperature: 130-150 ℃ , 2 minutes;
Cannot mixed with other resin;
When spray with glitter please spray and heat print before resin dry.

Storage: Please placed in a cool dry place and avoid direct sunlight;

Save: Normal storage conditions, save for 6 months;

1. What information is needed for adhesive recommendation?

Please let us know your basic requirement: your laminating structure and application, water-boiling or retorting treatment or not, the laminator speed.

More details will be much helpful like dry coating weight, the adhesive you are using now, curing room condition and so on.

2. What information is needed for quotation quickly?

Please let us know your destination port, normal quantity, and payment term you like, then we can mail the quotation to you in 12 hours since receiving your enquiry.

3. What about the payment term?

Normally we accept the TT and L/C.

Normally the cargo can be ready for delivery in 7~15 days after we get the deposit.

The FCL cargo can be shipped in 7 days since we received the TT payment or L/C.

The LCL cargo can be shipped in 14 days since we received the TT payment or L/C.

4. What about the packaging style in container?

We will pack the adhesive pails into pallet.

Normally one 20 container can load 10 pallets. Between two pallets, we will add the airbag to avoid the shaking.

Or we can pack them as customers request

5.How about the sample testing?

After confirming the adhesive code with customers, we can provide free sample ,but customers charg the shipping cost.
