Properties

EH5050A/B is a high performance adhesive for a wide range of flexible packaging applications. It performs good chemical resistance against aggressive goods packed in film/film. Also is used for film/film flexible package which are exposed to retorting(e.g. 121℃/30minutes)

It complied with US FDA 21 CFR175.105 .

In order to obtain a certain solids, the following quantities of solvent(Ethyl Acetate) are recommended.

Ethyl Acetate, Acetone and Methyl Ethyl Ketone provided that the water content does not exceed 300ppm. Aromatic and alcoholic solvents are not suitable.

Package

EH5050A is 20kg/drum, EH5050B is 3kg/drum.

Storage

The adhesive have a shelf life of 12months at a room temperature when stored in the original unopened containers. Once opened, containers of A component shall be closed tightly again and the material should be consumed within a short period. Opened containers of B component shall be used all at once.
