Rotary drier is mainly used in construction metallurgy chemistry cement industries for drying slag clay and so on .The rotary drier is made up of the rotary shell lifting plate driving device supporting device and sealing ring . 2.Working Principle 

Rotary dryers consist of a horizontally inclined rotating cylinder. Material is fed at one end and discharged at the other end. In direct-type rotary dryers, hot gases move through the cylinder in direct contact with the material, either with or against the direction of its flow. The cylinder is equipped with flights, which lift the material and shower it down through the hot gas stream.  

3.Structure

Rotary dryer is mainly composed of shell/ drum, flights, back and forth supporting wheel, feeding and discharging unit and gear cap. The accessories which are not in the the scope of this machine include firebox, feeding and discharging equipment, dust catcher, etc.
