Flowchart:
The crushed quicklime is delivered into material silo by bucket elevator. Through the accurate measurement of screw weighing machine, the quicklime falls into three stage lime hydrator where quicklime and water are mixed together. After the chemical reaction and equipment treatment the hydrated lime is produced.
Principles and Advantages of Three Stage Lime Hydrator
1. Controlling the quicklime’s reaction time (8-15 minutes) in the container and fully hydrated the quicklime.
2. Make full use of the heat generated during the reaction time. Raise the inner temperature to 60°C by 3-5 minutes and make the quicklime fully hydrated.

Working principle and advantages:
The main function of the machine is the recycle of steam and dust generated during the disposal of quick lime. Combined with the use of hydrator, the device can meet different industry requirements. The steam and dust enter into the water tank through dust cage and pipeline. At last the purified gas will be discharged after the disposal of steam and dust.
(Reasons: on one hand it realizes the recycle the quick lime mud and dust, on the other hand it makes the recycle of steam which turned into high temperature. Then it is able to enhance the productivity of the company greatly)
