2. Technological process
Technological process(Fig.1)
After being cleaned and tempered (moisture content shuld becontrolled within 13%-15%), the wheat is lifted to the hopper i by hand, then the wheat fed evenly by feeding roller is ground between the fast roller 4 and slow roller 5. the ground wheat enter the reel separator and is separated through the down hopper 6. the bran flows out through the bran vent, the flour flows out through the flour vent. the bran is fed into the hopper manually once more, ususlly the overtail should be ground five times. the flour of the first three times is F2 flour, the other is the second- rate flour, F2 flour mixed with second-rate flour is standard flour. It can be lifted with pneumatic lifter.

3. Structure&adjustment of the main parts.
In order to keep the machine in good conditions and prolong its service life, it should be frequently adjusted, maintained and repaired.
Thus the operator should know well the procedures and the knowledge of adjustment, maintenance and repairment of the whole set and each parts.
(1). Feed control(Fig.2)
The new products have been adjusted to normal position, but is may be loose after long disance transportation . so it must be adjusted again according to Fig2; Loosen the nut 4, turn the flow adjustinghand wheel5 clockwise, make the gap up to 0.2mm between deflector2 and feeding roller1, then turn the nut4 nestle closely to adjusting casing coupling3 and fasten two nuts each other.
Flow is controlled by the clearance between deflector2 and feeding roller. because the particle of the feed is diffeerent every times, so the gap should be adjusted according to the particle. at the same time , the thickness of the flow must be proper and cover evenly, if too thick, it cna't be ground completely, if too thin, the output is low and the roller also damaged easily. The flow decrease when turn the handwheel clockwise and increase if contrary.

(2). Adjustment of roller gap:(see Fig.3)
Initial adjustment:
First shut the brake, then adjust the spring and make them shorten 8-10mm and the pressure of two springs should be epual. check the gap of the rollers with eyes or with a stell plate of 0.5-1.0mm.
Fine adjustment:
Feed a piece of paper of 300mm wide into the roller, then turn the gap adjustin handwheel 1 to adjust the gap, turn the v-belt by hand, obserying whether the rolling trace is even or not. If not, adjust the nut7 to make the fast rollers and slow rollers parallel. After shutting the brake, the washer 8 on the cellar bolt should be movable slightly. Don't press it too much. at last adjust two nuts 13 to make the shortened spring epual.
Adjustment druing the operation
Check whether the ground stock is even or not, if not, adjust the pressing spring13.

4.4.6 Assemble are contrary to the above (1-5), and the connection surface should be cleaned. the bearing is rubbed in lubricant. (The bolt should better be rubbed in engine oil)
5. Teeth of roller arrangement and the replace of the gear
5.1 Teeth of roller arrangement
The arrangement of the new grooved roller should be arranged as blunt-to-blunt. after the teeth are worn or productivity is obviously decreasing, the fast and the slow rollers should be exchange or reverse the slow roller to make the arrangement blunt-to sharp. If teh teeth is worn and the productivity is decreasing further, the teeth should become sharp-to sharp by reversing the fast roller. When the tooth point become big surface and the pruducitity is decreasing worse, the power consumption is obviously increasing, the grinding roller should be grooved. Usually after grinding 10000KG flour, the rolle should be grooved again. Recommended teeth mumber :19-20 teeth/inch
angle: 35°/65° slope:1:8
Arrangement of the roller (Fig.6)
5.2 Replacement of the gears: (see table 2)
After the rollers grooved for more time, the diameter of it would become small, and when the centre distance of the roller become smaller gradually, it is necessary to replace the gears.

6.2 adjustment of the transmission belt
6.2.1 loosen the locking nuts of the motor bracket and move the motor, make the tension of the v-belt proper (the motor would be heat if the belt is too tight, but if the belt is too loose, the speed would decrease) then fasten the nuts.
6.2.2 Adjust the v-belt of the reel separator
Move the tensional wheel to make the tension proper.
7. Reel separator
.1 Structure of the reel separator
The reel separator is composed of the cage, brush, bran panel and case, the cage is supported by three bolts of M12, and covered with silk. When the silk is used for a long time, the six nuts of M12 should be adjusted in time and make the silk tight.
7.2 Replacement of the silk
You can obtain different fine flour by replacing the silk. when replace the silk, it should be proper, if too tight, it would affect the quality of the flour and the life of the silk. If too loose, the stock can't be sieved completely and easy to damage.
7.3 Replacement of the brush
The brush inside the cage is used to clean the silk. when the brush is damaged, you should adjust in time and make the brush touch the silk slighty. don't brush too much so as to prolong the life the silk.
