THB series emergency escape breathing devices is made according to the requirements of IMO International Firefighting Safety System Rules, a device providing respiratory protection for personnel who escapes from the dangerous gas space. The EEBD is inspected and approved by China Classification Society.

Working Theory
The compressed air stored in the cylinders flows from the cylinder into the pressure reducing valve. The pressure is reduced into 0.5MPa medium pressure through the pressure reducing assembly and then is adjsusted to be not less than 35L/min flowing volume through medium pressure tube and directly flows into the head hood for the user to breathe. The headhood is provided with a pressure gauge, and the gas exhaled by the user is discharged out of the protective cover. Due to the higher pressure in the protective cover than the atmospheric pressure of the external environment, thereforem the environment gas cannot enter the protective cover so as to achieve the purpose of respirtatory protection.

Note:
1. The pressure gauge does not show the air source pressure during the EEBD storage process;
2. The quick connector should be in the connection and locking state during the spare time;
3. When check the cylinder pressure, the quick connector should be first separated and then open the cylinder valve. After inspection, the cylinder valve must be closed first and then inserted into the quick connector, release all the residual pressure and lock the quick connector;

Direction for Use

1. Hang the bag on the neck or shoulders, place on the chest, and properly adjust the back strap;
2. Pull off the limit sign, tear the bag cover, then pull the plastic zipper;
3. Take out the head hood in the bag, seize to unplug the cable on the U type switch card on the cylinder assembly, and then activate the bottle head and will hear that there is air flowing sound in the hood;
4. Use both hands to support the opening of the neck rubber ring, wear the hood by making the visors forwardly, then make the head hood fullly mouth to mouth, nose to nose.
5. Choose a convenient safe escape route, and quickly leave the dangerous zone;
6. The remove method after use: grab the head hood with both hands and push it up and leave the head and neck
