This RHZKF6.8 30 breathing respirator is he-rescued type positive pressure breathing apparatus for firefighting.It is strictly produced according to the standard GAl24-2004 and GB16556-2007.It has two full face masks for two person’s use,the fighter,emergency rescuer and the one who are rescued. The carbon fiber composite cylinder is small size and light to carry.The back strap is designed according to the human physiological back curve.It is light,tough and comfortable.

Carbon Fiber Winding Composite Cylinder with Aluminum Tank

Decompressor Assembly

Direction for Use

Installation Steps:
1. Flat place the back strap group, aligning the cylinder valve to the pressure relief valve, screw clockwise and make it fastened
2. Press the mask button bayonet to make the air supply valve tightly connected with the mask;
3. Connect the end of the middle pressure pipe and gas supply valve, and check whether the connection is tight

Wearing Steps:
1. Back up the assembly of complete air respirator, and adjust the strap length to the appropriate position;
2. Close the bayonet belt, adjust the belt length to the appropriate position with the mask, adjust the tightness to face mask and caps, open the gas cylinder switch valve and turn over three times in a counter clockwise direction; take a deep breath and breathe into the working area

Disassembly Steps:

1. Turn the cylinder switch valve clockwise until it is fully closed;
2. Press and hold the bottom of the air supply valve to discharge the residual air in the gas supply valve
