How can I restore the factory settings of my alarm system?

Method 1

Send “0000” by SMS to your control panel. Attention, the SMS must be sent from a smart phone of which the number has been registered in the control panel.

Method 2

Within the 3 seconds following the switching-on of your control panel, press the tamper switch at the back of the control panel 5 times in 5 seconds. The control panel beeps twice: the factory settings have been restored. The accessories and the RFID tags have been deleted
