“Huatian”HT-RHJ series of Horizontal Pipeline Emulsifying Machines are widely used for any material that needs to be mixed,homogenized,pulverized,suspended and dissolved,like coatings,cosmetics emulsion and gel etc. The materials from incompatible solid phase,liquid phase and gaseous phase are instantly dispersed and emulsified evenly and subtly under combined action of mature technology and moderate additives. Finally stable and high quality product is achieved through the high frequency moves in circles.

The series of Horizontal Pipeline Emulsifying Machines developed by us have the following advantages:

1)It is well-adapted to different materials like large granules or high viscosity materials.

2)Temperature resistance: It is suitable for high shearing and homogenizing to materials with temperature range from minus 40 degrees to 200 degrees centigrade above zero.

3)Good shearing and emulsifying effect: Can be used for production of micro-emulsion and superfine suspension liquid.Due to simultaneous working of three groups of dispersion head (stator+rotor) in the working chamber,the mixed liquid produced after high shearing has better stability.

Installation:

Usually the installation of equipment will be done by the customer themselves according to our detailed operation manual. We may also send our engineer(s) to facilitate our customer for the installation,correct operation of the equipment and staff training with expenses like return ticket,board and lodging to be borne by the customer.

Warranty:

We provide our customer with one year of guarantee starting from commissioning of equipment,but not exceeding three months after B/L date.
