Introduction
The oil damper test stand is special maintenance equipment for oil damper, which can satisfy the test requirements
of various models of vertical and lateral oil dampers of railway rolling stock. The test stand passed technical review
of MOR in December 1998 and can carry out test on high-power oil damper of power car and locomotive.
The test stand has compact mechanical structure and is easy to install. Its electrical system is controlled by computer
and adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation technology, thus the test stand can set single or multiple
tests foroil damper. The test result can be saved, inquired and printed.
Test Items
1 The test stand can complete the F-S and F-V cureve drawing for vertical and lateral oil damper, and carry out related numerical tests.
2 The test stand can perform characteristic test for vertical and lateral oil damper under 0 to 3 Hz stepless regulating frequency.
3 The test range of vertical oil damper can be adjusted from 100 to 700mm and the test range of lateral oil damper can be adjusted f
rom 150 to 1200mm on the test stand which can meet the test requirement of vertical and lateral oil damper with various dimensions.
4 All kinds of mounting seats for connection are provided based on customer needs to enable the test stand to perform test on all
oil dampers at home and aboard.
