 1. Descriptions

PF-1 Aluminum-alloy Plate Freezer is an advanced low-temperature fast-freezing machine, which is self-made by Chinese.

It economically and reasonably uses international high-level “three machine- nose assembled freeze compressor unit” which is composed by half-sealing S series semi-hermetic refrigerating compressor and double-sided high efficiency transducer condenser. It can realize a manufacture procession economically operated by single, two or three machine according to actual demand. R404A is used as refrigerant. Its low temperature is specially made for the customers who has an insufficient freezing capability or has a long distance between the fast freeze manufacture factory and freezing center. It has obvious advantages on low-voices, small volume, high efficiency, long life and easy to operate.

The plate is used as an evaporator in the freezing system; it combines with the compressor’s condenser, throttle valve, heat exchanger to compose a set of close freeze system. Refrigerant goes into the liquid-incoming pipe, keeping the surface and surround of the plate in low temperature, absorbing the heat from frozen objects between the plates, then evaporate to realize the freezing. It is very suitable for freezing process industry such as fishery, aquatic products industry, food export, etc. to process kinds of aquatic products, shrimp, shell and small packaged meat food. It is ideal special equipment for processing export frozen fish slices and minced fish, etc. The aluminum-alloy plates contact the frozen food directly with certain pressure. It has advantages on: fast frozen speed, high efficiency, low electrical power cost, good clean conditions, and small size, can working in normal factory workshop. It also can less the dryness of food in a maximum limit to assure the fresh and taste.

3.  Installation and commissioning

The equipment will be shipped out after commissioning. There is no need to send technicians to install at customers’ site. Please do the maintenance periodically according to the manual in order to ensure better work condition.

The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts in the warranty period. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

The warranty remains in effect forONE year fromthe date of the completion of commissioning, or EIGHTEEN months after delivery of the Freezers, whichever expires first.
