Specifications:

HF-25A induction heating machines mainly aims to melt the solder by heating it to a certain temperature for the purpose of connecting two types of metals of the same material or different material.

It is suitable for the heating of small metal parts, for example:

1. Brazing of machining tools

2. Brazing of diamond tools

3. Heat treatment of small parts

4. Melting of gold, silver, copper, brass of little amount

5. Melting of steel, stainless steel of little amount

Melting: small capacity metal melting. For example: <4KG of gold, silver, copper, brass melting; <1KG of steel, stainless steel melting; <1KG of aluminum , aluminum alloy melting.

Heat treatment: hardening and annealing of gear, arbor wheel, chain gear, guide rail of machine tool, hardware tools, copper belt, stainless steel and automobile/motorcycle fittings.

Typical Application:

Brazing: it can be used for the brazing of various hardware cutting tools,  diamond tools including diamond circular saw from diameter 300-2500mm, abrasive tool, drilling tool, alloy saw blade, hard alloy cutter, milling cutter, reamer, planning tool and solid center bit etc.

HF-25A/AB model suitable to used for the brazing of circular saw and other tools, usually 4 to 9 seconds is needed to braze one diamond blade.
