Our induction heating machine are Available from 3kw to 1500kw deliverable output power with 0.5KHZ to1.1M

Application:
1. Induction brazing: it can be used for the brazing of various hardware cutting tools, diamond tools including diamond circular saw from diameter 300-2500mm, abrasive tool, drilling tool, alloy saw blade, hard alloy cutter, milling cutter, reamer, planning tool and solid center bit etc.
2. HF-25A/AB model suitable to used for the brazing of circular saw and other tools, usually 4 to 9 seconds is needed to braze one diamond blade.
3. Brazing of various hardware mechanical gadget: silver brazing and copper brazing of metals of the same variety or different varieties, such as hardware toilet and kitchen products, refrigerating copper fitting, lamp decoration fitting, precision mold fitting, hardware handle, eggbeater, alloy steel and steel, steel and copper  as well as copper and copper.
4. Induction Brazing of Heating disc of Electric hot-water kettle, electric coffee kettle, cookware (induction  braze welding of stainless steel flat base, aluminum sheet and tubular electric heating elements of various form)
