Function:
Y5-47 CENTRIFUGAL FAN with high efficiency, low noise, large wind characteristics and stainless steel material which has anti-corrosion effect. Boiler fan is for variety fuel and equip with dust removal device, which is designed for 0.2~2ton/hr industrial burner or living burner. The transmission of air temperature don’t exceed 250°C.
Boiler fan makes of single inhalation, there are No.3.15~No 12.5 type and many others types.
Boiler fan has two forms as left rotation and right rotation. Look squarely at fan from transmission part, impeller rotates as clockwise called right rotation fan, with” right” representation; impeller rotates as counter-clockwise called left rotation fan, with “left” representation. Fan exit position express with frame exit angle. “Left” & “right” total have four kinds angles as 0°,90°,180°270°.
Work Principle:
Through motor works transmission part so as to impeller to rotate at a high speed. Rotating mechanical energy is converted to gas pressure energy and kinetic energy, and transport the air out through machine frame.
Structure:
Fan consists of impeller, inlet wind tuyere, frame, transmission part etc.
1)Impeller make of 12 pieces of backward arc vane (Q235A material), weld between spiral bevel top cover and flat rotary table. Through static and dynamic balance correction, therefore has stable operation.
2)Machine frame makes of ordinary steel sheet to weld for snail shape
3) Whole structure of inlet wind tuyere makes to glaive hydrodynamic form, use bolt fix to side of entrance of machine frame.
4) Transmission part consists of main spindle, bearing box, pulley etc. Main spindle makes of high quality steel; overall structure of bearing box uses rolling bearing what lubricate with calcium & sodium grease.
