It is designed according to the ideal pressure distribution and the most suitable flow field calculated by our Hydromechanics Numerical Similitude Software. This optimizes the structure of classifier rotor, making a stable and uniform flow field and reducing the blade pressure. It makes a breakthrough in particle acceleration technology and a great improvement of grinding efficiency, saving energy and avoiding over-ground fineness;
Little wear and no contamination
Hard materials (Mohs 1-10) can be ground by particle-to-particle collision of material, with little wear and no contamination;
Effective for heat-sensitive and low melting point materials
In a reasonable flow field, the air flow’s sharp expansion in grinding leads to low temperature rise, so it is very effective for processing heat-sensitive and low melting point materials;

Good dynamic balance and stable operation
Classifier rotor adopts one-step molding technology and utilizes the most advanced HL-56B dynamic balancing machine imported from Germany, which ensures a good balancing of rotor and stable operation of equipment at a high rotational speed, thus guaranteeing the stability of products. The adoption of imported high quality maintenance-free bearings ensures a long-term stability of the classifier rotor, avoiding the impact caused by normal maintenance of bearing on equipment use;
Adjustable particle size (2-74μm)
With original classifying flow field technology, this mill can achieve better grinding efficiency and strict particle size distribution that can be adjusted between 2-74 μm (the fineness can be ground into submicron range), with little material loss;
The original special jet energy and classifying flow field technology are suitable for processing adhesive materials;
New filter material, easy to operate and clean
Operation is under fully sealed negative pressure. Using new filter material, the collecting efficiency can rise up to 99.9%, leaving no contamination. The dissembling and cleaning is convenient;
