Description:

Verticle meat emulsifier is used for fine cutting the minced meat particles and it can achieve the fineness of 0.6mm, uniformly.

 

It comprises emulsifing shafts components, electric cabinet, hopper, motor and rack etc. It is completely made of high quality stainlss steel.

 

 

Emulsifier BRHJ-I emulsifier(fine cutter)can activate and emulsify meat protein fully by cutting grind grains with multi-blade knife plate at high speed. Ensure emulsify by make protein of meat activates. The meat is grind into even grains by such process with slow temperature increase. It is especially suitable for deliberate cutting and emulsifying low quality meat materials.
