 Use:

Mainly use for small parts quenching and tempering, the heating treatment:heating -quenching-cleaning-tempering.

The introduction:

RCW-120 belt furnace production line consists of load area, quenching furnace, washing machine and electrical control system.

  Quenching furnace consist of furnace body, lining, furnace pot,

heating elements, protect air system, belt and motor, etc.

The shell is weld by 3mm plate and filled by aluminum silicate fiber insulation material inner.

  The furnace pot is made by stainless steel as 310S, 6mm thickness. The furnace pot is made as L type. The belt pass through the pot.

The heating elements are made by high temperature resistance wire as spiral type. They lied up and down of the furnace pot. The resistance wire could use as 950°C,as material:0Cr21Al6Nb.

The belt is move by motor as 10KW, the belt is made by SUS314, the speed could adjustable :20-300mm/min.

The protect air system is use N2 as the protect air.

The quenching furnace is divides as 6 heating area ,each area have independent temperature control unit, use SCR and PID control.

1.  The washing machine have the quenching tank as oil and the lift machine. The oil tank is made by steel and the size is :2500x1500x1500mm. The lift machine use belt with tailgate to move the parts from the oil tank to the tempering.
2. Electrical control cabinet consists of digital instruments and PID control, has SCR control, so the control system has a high accuracy.
