UBG-type multi purpose chamber furnace is a kind of carbonitriding and quenching as one furnace. The furnace use drip-type atmosphere. The furnace is consists of furnace body, furnace door, gas burner, atmosphere system, oil quenching tank, electrical control system, etc.
The furnace is divides as front room, heating room, oil quenching tank. The furnace body consists of furnace shell and furnace lining. The furnace shell is weld by steel plate(A3,5mm) and the heating area lining is filled by anti-carburizing bricks.
There are two sealed door :the front room and to the outer have one, between front room and heating room have one. When the process is start, all doors is closed to loss the heating. When loading the fresh charge while previous charge under the oil quench tank as quenching.
The atmosphere system is use to carbonitriding /carburization and protect the parts out off air.
The gas burner is fix on the furnace, there is a channel of gas connect to the burner. There is a chimney fixed on the furnace.
The furnace use drip-type atmosphere as carbonitriding /carburization. The process is controlled by Carburizing / carbonitriding computer control system. You could set the carbonitriding /carburization effect, as the kind of steel, the temperature of steel, the deep of you need, the computer could control the furnace start work.
The quench tank is welded by steel, and the heating elements are resistance wires, the heating power is 24KW. The quench temperature controlled from 120°C-140°C. The supply voltage:380V, 50HZ, AC system. There is a kind of circulatory system in the tank to keep the oil temperature uniformity.
Electrical control cabinet consists of digital instruments and PID control, has SCR control, so the control system has a high accuracy. The PID control use programmable controller to control several processes. The
1.The first sliding car will automatically move the parts into the front chamber when heating temperature reaches the set temperature.
2.After ventilation, the first sliding car move into the heating room and become process.
3.When the process end, the first sliding car move to front room.
4.The first sliding car move down to oil quench tank. The second sliding car could move to the front room to begin next process.
5. After quenching, the first sliding car move to the front room and end all treatment.
