Wood pellet production line application: Our wood pellet production line can press raw material in to 6-8mm pellet, such as biomass waste from sawdust, rice husk, coffee husk, agricultural stalk, straw, peanut shell, sun flower seed shell, palm fiber, paper etc.

 

Wood pellet production line note:Before making biomass pellets, raw material need to crush into fine powder. Raw material moisture should be better between 10-15%.

3. Wood pellet production line key pellet machine with two layers ring die inside. When machine working, only use one layer to press pellet, the other layer prevent the raw material leaking from the pelleting room. When one layer is broken, then turn it over and use the other layer die to press pellets, its mean one ring die can use two times. Also the two layer ring die can be with different diameter hole to press different diameter pellets.
