 3.The key part of wood pellet production line is the pellet mill.So selecting best quality pellet mill is equals to half success.Nowadays,There three type of biomass pellet mill in the world.

First is flat die pellet mill.Germany KAHL group is the representative manufacturer.One disadvantage of flat pellet mill is the lifetime of die rollers is too short,because it works mainly depend on the friction between roller and die.Another disadvantage is it unsuitable for hard wood pellet making,just like eucalyptus wood,oak wood and rubber tree wood.It is obviously in Southeast Asia as the feedback of hard wood pellet manufacturer.

Second is horizontal ring die pellet mill.CPM is one of representative manufacturer.It is ideal animal feed pellet making equipment.But not suitable for wood pellet making.Because It is fed in one side of the mill.wood sawdust have very small special gravity,so the flowability is bad compare with grain powder.On the other hand,this kind pellet mill have so closed pelleting room which is hard for heat radiation.

2).XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine contains full automatically lubricate oil system , which can lubricate spare parts-rollers, shaft ,gears, bearings automatically,no need to add any oil within two months .24 hours running is the truth under the help of auto-lubrication system.

3).XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine has one set cooling system for pelleting room,lowering the the temperature of rollers bearing greatly,lengthening the lifetime of bearing.

4). XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine adopts vertical feeding materials,which can feed materials vertically directly into pelletizing room,but traditional horizontal ring die pellet machine can only feed materials from machine side which always need a special material pusher to help feeding. 

5). XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine ring die has two layers , when it works, only bottom die layer works , so when bottom layer is broken ,turn over it and making top layer to bottom,then it can work again .So one die can use two times .also the top and bottom layer hole size can be different , one die can press two different diameter pellets.
