Product function and application
The XF3 suspending agent is applied in juice beverage which contains the high-content fruit juice and vegetable, such as fruit juice, vegetable juice, mix fruit and vegetable juice, and it also can be used for the flavored beverage which contains the low-content fruit juice and vegetable.
The XF3 has the strong stability, the good acid proof and thermal resistance. It helps the beverage avoid the problems, such as precipitation, water separated out, eparated layer, and keep good stability in shelf life. It also provides the thick palate and texture of the beverage.

Usage:
1. Commonly, its recommended unit is 0.20%~0.30%
2. Usable method
Blending the XF3 and a small quantity of sugar until the powder is no agglomeration. And then put it into cold water slowly. Use the high-shear emulsifier or colloid mill heating it and make it dissolve absolutely.
