Product function and application
This product has the function of increase the stabilizing of pigment, the antisepsis and the mildew resistance by the interaction both the amino acids and the vitamin or the salt of vitamin to retardarce the light reaction of pigment, thermal reaction, oxidation reduction reaction, the process of the microorganism antisepsis and cut down the way of the fading chain reaction.
This product has the powerful effect of color protection for the gardenia yellow color, monascus spp, chrysanthemum, beet red, tomato red, anthocyanin ,β-carotene, coccinellin, pyrosine, sunset yellow, lemon yellow. Especially it has good effect adding to the neutral or alkalescence food.
This product is widely applied to the ham, the product of meat emulsion, fruit flesh, juice, beverage, candy, cold drink, fruit wine, color wine, fruit and vegetable, preserved beancurd, flavor milk, cookie, bake food, sauce as the fresh and color keeping agent. And also it can be used in pigment-mate and sales with pigment or sales it after blending both pigment and HF. It can improve the light and thermal stabilizing of the pigment product.
