FUNCTIONS and FEATURES

 

1.310 x310 mm effective pre-heating area. Minimizes warping on larger sized

       boards.

 

2.1500 Watts Ultra-High power heating element. Significantly shortens time

       to reach desired working temperature.

 

3. Closed loop control. Sensor can be attached to the board for a more

       accurate temperature feedback.

 

 

 4.Triple sensor system enables us to monitor both top and bottom board

       temperature while adjusting the internal heater temperature.

 

 5.   Multi-Point board holder. Secure fit for various board sizes and shapes.

       Effectively minimizes BGA balls shorting together due to board warping.

 

6.     Programmable 6 segment reworking profile. Set and store the desired  

       duration and temperature to ensure high success rate for repetitive   

       reworks.

 

7.Pre-Heater is compatible with hot air or Infra-red style top heaters.  

       Compatible with Lead free solder, RoHS compliant, CE and ESD Safe 

       equipment.
