I. Usage and Character:
1. Industrial Biomass Rotary Dryer is suitable for drying sawdust, organic material, chemical material and etc. This type rotary dryer has advantage of high drying capacity, stable working performance, low consumption and easy operation.
2. The Industrial Biomass Rotary Dryer adopts air inhale device to inhale the hot air from air-heating furnace to the inner of dryer to complete heating change with wet material.
3. According to the different character of material, we use different type lifting plate and Anti-sticking measures. There are multi-angle lifting style lifting plate inside of dryer; during drying, the lifting plate will raising the material evenly, which can ensure the material complete heating change with the hot air enough and also ensure the drying efficiency is good.

III. Working Principle and Main Structure:
1. The drying body is composed of cylinder body, ring gear and rolling ring. The drying body is on the tug rolling device and block rolling device supported by front and back rolling ring. It can control axial direction traversing of drying body by adjusting tug rolling device and block rolling device. The driving device drives drying body rotating through the ring gear. Electric motor (frequent) as the power can achieve stepless speed adjusting and meet the demand of different rotating speed. The driving has two forms, left driving and right driving. Method of distinction: look at from the direction of inlet, the driving device that is at the left side of drying body is left driving; the driving device that is at the right side of drying body is right driving.
2. The sealing of air inhale device adopts floating sealing structure. This structure can ensure the air inhale efficiency; there is sealing device at the end of drying body, which can prevent cold air go to inner of dryer; there is feeding exhaust air hood, and exhaust material hood, which can prevent the evaporated water vapor and discharge dust pollute the working environment.
3. The material is feed into cylinder body, and pushed to lifting plate by material leading screw. Due to the tilt and rotating of drying body, the material is raised and scattered along circumferential direction, and meanwhile run longitudinal movement in the cylinder body; high temperature medium (hot smoke gas) fold to outer exhaust flue through rotary drying body and tail pipe. Material and high temperature medium do heat exchange by heat conduction and radiation way to evaporate the water of material, and then achieve drying the material.
