This machine combines bottle-in, cap-sorter, cap-elevator, capping and bottle-out altogether in one. The rotary structure , catching the lid in the certain position, stable and reliable. It does no harm to bottle and lid . High capping efficiency, high qualified rate of capping, and wide application  which enjoys good competitiveness that can be compared with foreign products. It is applicable to varies size of glass and plastic bottles and caps. Its operation principle is by means of the scratching plate to cap the the lid when the bottle rotaryed. The whole machine is controlled by the PLC, touch screen interface and convenient operation.
This machine has four mechanical hands ,dispatches caps in high speed with no inverse cap ,which can be used in various configurations containers ,irregular containers . It can be divided into scrape capping and grasp capping according to different caps .
It suits for the all kinds of cylinder-shaped bottle’s lid-revolving for the industry such as foodstuff, pharmacy, daily chemicals, pesticide and chemical industry.
The machine suits for the revolving, rolling and sealing of the aluminum lid and glass bottle, polyester bottle and plastic bottle, it can feed bottle, arrange lid, cover lid and remove the reversed lid automatically, under the rolling and pressing of the revolving rolling blade, complete the screw’s pressing working procedure to realize the end of the mouth sealing. The lid to be rolled and pressed, has good seal performance, convenient lid-opening, plays the role of anti-stealing and anti-counterfeit.

Main Feature

1)The rotary structure, using dedicated cap-catcher to grab lid, stable and reliable. Cap-catcher is designed inside a wear-resistant rubber, can effectively eliminate the injury lid in the capping process.

2) A inspecting sensor is installed on the bottle-dividing part. This can realize no bottle, no cap. The machine will automatically stop if the bottles are stuck. This protection structure is owned by our company.

3) the cap leader part come from the capper sorter ,catch by the capping heads to do the screw on bottles.

4) The elevating structure is electricity driven. Only one button in the touch screen can adjust the height. Fast changing mode with star wheel design , plus with the diamention marks makes changing different type of bottles easier.

5)With the feeder ,make sure all upset caps drop to the bucket. No nude orbit adopted solving the lid-stuck problem efficiently. motor capper sorter for caps diameter bigger than cap height .
