CRT-1L common rail diesel injection test instrument test bench   exact test:

(A) high-pressure fuel rail

1, to provide Bosch, Delphi, Denso, pre-calibrated value of fresh air fuel rail pressure sensor;

2, the user can add new sensor type oil pump, and pressure sensors for different display value recalibration;

3, automatic rail pressure control and regulation;

4, automatic protection after the rail pressure is too high;

(B) common rail injector test

1, can be tested

        Low Voltage - Delphi injectors

2, all the way solenoid valve and piezoelectric crystals drive with short circuit protection, without compromising test injectors and the tester itself

2, CRT-1L common rail  diesel injection test  bench   two separate drives combine Denso HP0 pump (ECD-U2) speed sensor on the timing signal synchronization control HP0 two oil pump control solenoid valve;

3, all channels driven with short circuit protection, will not damage the pump and test the tester itself;

4, to provide standard test procedures and working conditions, standard pump fuel data, synchronized display. Users can also very convenient custom conditions, add or change the test data.
