 SBR Rubber Mixing Mill  

USE:

 

Open Mill: Special alloy steel-made rollers with hard and abrasion assistant surface never

 

delaminate. Motor reducer with hard tooth surface single axial output transmission mechanism

 

ensures large torsion and low noise. Human-orientated design for safe purpose protects the

 

operator in emergency case by emergency stop and reversing device.

 

 

          This machine is suitable for factory lab, colleges, R & D institutions for recipe researching and

 

sampling. Our equipments are widely used in mixing, plasticizing and sheeting of Rubber, Plastic

 

and Chemical materials.

 

Major Constructional Details :

Rolls:             alloy chilled cast iron rolls,the rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and hollowed for cooling or heating.

Roll Clearance Adjusting Unit :              Through worm and worm gear drive clutch rod for Parallel sheeting hand wheels to close the NIP from One point only.

Roll Cooling :            Universal rotary joints with inner spray pipes with Hoses and Headers. Piping is complete up to supply pipe terminal.

Journal Bearing Housing :           Heavy duty steel casting housing fitted with anti friction roller bearings.

Lubrication :               Manual/motorized grease lubrication pump for anti friction roller bearings fitted in dust sealed housing.

Stand Frame & Apron (Cap) :                  Heavy duty steel casting.

Gearbox :               Helical reduction gearbox greaves/shanti make direct coupled with rear roll and motor.

Base Frame :             Common base frame heavy duty, Steel Beams and MS plate fabricated accurately machined on which whole machine with gearbox and motor are fitted. No deep foundation required.

Electric Control Panel :             Star delta electric operating panel with auto reversing,voltmeter, ampere, overload protection relay, 3 phase indicator and emergency stop switch.
