3)  Cap mould is designed with advanced second-level taper positioning technology ,self-locking, hence the concentricity of the product is guaranteed

4)  Each cavity having independent temperature control & heating system, keeps product with reliable and stable quality.

5)  The cooling system of the cap mould's cavity and core is one by one.

6)  And the mold cavity is replaceable, if you want to change the shape is very easy.

we can make the hot runner cap mould and cooling runner cap mould. the steel of the core and the cavities are use 2316.molding  time of the hot runner structure it about  6 to 7 shots/min.
