It is a new production line developed by our engineer, which is use PVC and wood-powder as raw material with a little other additives to produce WPC board as ceiling indoor decoration.
We adopt abroad advanced technique and the news craftwork. It is main used for wood-plastic floor production line. The thickness of floor: 5-15mm, width: 100-300mm.

Description of wood plastic composite WPC machine
1, Material of WPC production line:
With special designed screw, barrel. Moule and producing process, this line can produce PE PP PVC and wood powder profile.
2, Application of WPC products:
This is a new kind of environmental freindly building material. The products can be used for pallets, packing plates, windows and door frames, decoration panels and etc.

The products are non-toxic, non-polluting, environment-friendly and save-energied, without formaldehyde, benzene and ammonia and other harmful substances.
