ROTARY DIE PUNCH PERFORATION

Shine East Machinery offer Rotary Die Punch Perforation equipment and tooling. 
Rotary die punch perforation is achieved with a cylindrical punch and die set.

The precision punch and die system provides extended punch life, clean holes and tooling that is easily setup for the job at hand. The male punching hub is driven by the female punching hub. The nip distance between the hubs is precisly controlled. The “chads” are sucked through the female roller by a vacuum system.

We can also supply dies that allow the chad to be cut, but not removed from the material. This is perfect for applications where one does not want to deal with a loose chad.
The pinned hubs can be made split for easy removal or solid, and custom designs can be manufactured to your specifications.  We can also supply custom made dies for shaped perforations.
