Introduction

 

    I produced the new film punching device, a combination of user requirements, independent development of high precision, fast new punching equipment. Designed the whole structure, using computer numerical control. Good control of pitch and can be arranged

 

1.Application:
   Perforated plastic sheeting used for PE. (banana, cotton, etc.)

2.Unique design:
    Do not need to change the roller blade or punch type and distance.
    Punch type, and distance can be programmed to control the adjustment.
    Interval-type perforated punch way. Controlled by PLC, stepper drive.

 

3.How it works:
    Unwinding after pulling into the film through the hole drilling machine, vertical drilling spacing set by PLC can be combined to different needs of the drilling spacing, uniform hole and then through the second traction device into winding finished rolling. PunchWaste free-fall.

3. Packing: Folded in square shape, and then packed in cartons or as customer’s request;
