1. dryer body and cover are micro-alloy cast iron HT250,casting is with quenching treatment.
2. The thickness of dryer cylinder wall is more than 25mm. dryer hardness is HB-190-200. The inner wall of dryer is polished lathing, the roughness of dryer body is 0.8.
3. This dryer is equipped with rotating joint, working pressure of steam is 0.5Mpa. Hydraulic testing is 0.8Mpa, equipped with bearing #113536.
4. People hole is placed at operating side for convenient maintenance.
5. This dryer is made as per cast-iron dryer technology and standard of ZBT91003 in paper making machines.
