Our wall exhaust fan is equipped with the anti-insect shutter .In operation ,the shutter will open to exhaust the hot and muggy air to outside .Off operation ,the anti-insect shutter will keep closed to prevent the hot and muggy air to outside ,so that it can prevent the insect and leaves from going through the factroy to form a more hygienic production environment .

Q1:Is it very large noise ? 

A1: No ,our wall exhaust fan is very minimal around 70db .

Q2:What kind of airflow you have ?

A2: We have 52000m³/h and  86000m³/h 

Q3:Why need the wall exhaust fan ?

Q3:Generally ,we design the evaporative air cooler .With the air cooler ,it create a positive pressure in the workshop  while exhausting the hot and muggy air to outside to form a more comfortable environment .

Q4:What is your special on your exhaust fan ?

A4:Our exhaust fan is equipped with anti-insect shutter .In operation ,the anti-insect shutter will keep close to exhaust the hot and muggy air to outside .Off operation ,anti-insect shutter will keep closed to prevent the hot and muggy air from going through the factroy ,so that it can form a hygienic production environment .

Q5.Is it inevitable for the factory to install the wall exhaust fan ?

A5:Not necessary .As our engineers have to look at your factory layout whether there is window and other outlets to decide if need the exhaust fan .So ,we will require our client send the factory layout with the location of the workers and machines .

Q6.If i just need to exhaust the hot air to outside ,so I just need to install the exhaust fan ?

A6:To be honest ,installing the exhaust fan form a negative pressure ,the workers in the workshop don’t feel comfortable ,so you have to create a positive pressure ,like installing the cooling system .The positive pressure and negative pressure have to

 develop a reasonale ratio ,so that lead to a cool environment .
